Dry Kernel Separation System

Quantity          : One (1) set.

Type                : Two (2) stage vertical column type.

Capacity          : 8 tons cracked mixture/hour.

Construction   : The system would be consisting of the following:

a. 1. First Stage Separation Column (LTDS 1)

One (1) vertical column would be dropped out the heavy particles such as stone, etc. at the bottom of column, whilst the light shell and dust would be pneumatically conveyed to the shell hopper. The remaining cracked mixture separating column through a rotary valve.

  • Fabricated from 4.5 mm thick m.s plates of rectangular cross section with provision for air regulation by sliding back plate to vary cross section of column.
  • Top section connected to circular section of ducting for light particles transport by means of square/circular transformer piece.
  • The light shell and fiber particles are deposited into shell hopper and provision made for by passing the shell directly into the fiber/shell conveyor.

a. 2. First Stage Separating Column Airlock

One (1) unit airlock of 300 mm dia. fitted to separating column outlet.

  • Fabricated from m.s plate
  • Rotor 6 segments, m.s plate welded to shaft.
  • Flanged inlet and outlet connections.

a. 3. Cyclone

One (1) unit airlock of 300 mm dia. fitted to bottom of cyclone.

  • Fabricated from m.s plate.
  • Six segments rotor m.s plate welded to shaft.
  • Flanged inlet/outlet connections.

a. 4. Cyclone Airlock

One (1) unit airlock of 300 mm dia. fitted to bottom of cyclone.

  • Fabricated from 4.5 mm m.s plate.
  • Cyclone of 1.200 mm dia. with tangential inlet of flanged connection.
  • Driven by 1,5 kW/2 HP, Teco, Electrim electromotor.

a. 5. Fan

One (1) unit induced draft suction centrifugal fan.

  • Capacity : 20.000 m³/hour at 250 mm w.g speed 2.100 rpm.
  • Make : Novenco, Phonix for static pressure 250 mm. wg
  • Driven by 22kW/ 30 Hp, Teco, Electrim electromotor 3.000 rpm/ 2 pole or equivalent using V-belts and pulley.

a. 6. Transport Ducting

One (1) lot transport ducting 450 dia. for light particles from first stage separator to cyclone.

  • Fabricated from 4.5 mm thick m.s plate in flange connection.
  • All bend of square section with transformer distance piece.

b. 1. Second Stage Separation Column (LTDS 2)

One (1) vertical column for receiving the remaining cracked mixture from first stage separation for further separation.

  • Fabricated from 4.5 mm thick m.s plates of rectangular.
  • Cross section with provision for air regulation by.
  • Sliding back plate to vary cross section of ducting for light particles transport by means of square/circular transformer piece.
  • The light shell and fiber particles dropped into clay bath.
  • The kernel would be dropped directly into dry kernel transport system.

b. 2. Second Stage Separation Column Airlock

Two (2) units’ airlocks of 300 mm dia. fitted to separation column inlet and outlet section.

  • Fabricated from m.s plate.
  • Rotor 6 segments, m.s plate welded to shaft.
  • Flanged inlet and outlet connections.

b. 3. Cyclone

One (1) unit cyclone of induced draft type with top whirling chamber connected to fan intel, mounted above shell hopper.

  • Fabricated from 4.5 mm m.s plate.
  • Cyclone of 1.200 mm dia. with tangential inlet of flanged connection.

b. 4. Cyclone Airlock

One (1) unit airlock of 300 mm dia. fitted to bottom of cyclone.

  • Fabricated from m.s plates.
  • Six segments rotor m.s plate welded to shaft.
  • Flanged inlet/outlet connections.
  • Driven by 1,5 kW/2 HP, Teco, Electrim electromotor

b. 5. Fan

One (1) unit PHOENIX or equivalent induced draft suction centrifugal fan.

  • Capacity : 20.000 m³/hour, at 250 mm w.g speed 2.100 rpm.
  • Make : Novenco, Phonix for static pressure 250 mm. wg
  • Fitted with air volume control device at outlet.
  • Driven by 22 kW/ 30 Hp, Teco, Electrim electromotor 3.000 rpm/ 2pole using V-belt and pulley.

b. 6. Transport Ducting

One (1) lot transport ducting 450 dia. for light particles from first stage separator to cyclone.

  • Fabricated from 4.5 mm thick m.s plate in flange connection.

All bend of square section with transformer distance piece.

  1. Image in a position to use weights given that I’m in secondary school, and i also need to learn which health supplements for taking. I wish to take only natural things and tend to forget anything like steriods. Anybody have advice?
