Construction   :

  • Fabricated from 8 mm thick stainless steel plate SUS 304 of all welded construction.
  • Provided with tube sprayer of stainless steel.
  • Provided with overflow vacuum system.
  • Fitted with manhole.
  • Provided with vacuum breaker and pressure reducing valve.
  • All valves and fitting necessary would be provided.
  • External of vessel would be insulated with 50 mm thick rockwool and covered with 1 mm thick aluminium sheets.

Dimension       : 1.900 mm dia. x 3.750 mm length.

Accessories     :

  • A pressure gauge 4” dia. 0 – 6 kg/cm²
  • A thermometer 6” dia. 0 – 120 degree C.
  • A pressure relief valve and float control valve

Function          : To support the deaerator.

Construction   :

  • The column fabricated from 250 x 125 mm m.s IWF.
  • The column braced with 75 x 75 x 7 mm m.s angle bar.
  • Suitable platform, covered with 5 mm thick m.s chequered plate c/w 1”

and 1 ¼” dia. black steel pipe hand rail.

  • Provided with ladder.
