1. Cek engine system : Fuel, oil, coolent, electrical system (batteray, air accu 6 bulan, alternator 25 V, kode trauble). Mechanical ( belt, air cleaner, kebocoran).

2. System operation.

2.1. Local Start.

  • Tekan tombol manual.
  • Tekan tombol start. (engine idle sampai temperatur 38 oC.).

2.2. Local close breaker.

  • Naikkan knife switch untuk memasukkan netral panel
  • Tekan tombol close untuk masuk breaker.
  • Tekan tombol open untuk melepas breaker.

3. Local synchrone.

  • Lakukan operasi (2a).
  • Pilih menu pararel.
  • Plih synchrone check pada nilai derajat terkecil.
  • Lakukan local close breaker (2b).

4. Remote operation.

  • Tekan tombol auto pada display Genset.
  • Tekan tombol start engine pada MSB (tekan sampai frekuaensi normal 50 Hz)
  • Tekan tombol stop engine untuk mematikan Genset.
  • Tekan tombol close breaker pada MSB untuk memasukkan power.
  • Tekan tombol open breaker pada MSB untuk memutuskan power.

5. Remote synchrone.

  • Lakukan operasi (4a).
  • Pilih nomer pada selector switch pada panel synchrone sesuai dengan Genset yang akan di masukkan.
  • Putar key switch pada panel MSB Genset yang mau di synchrone
  • Pilih nilai derajat terkecil pada synchronoscope meter dan lampu synchrone padam.
  • Tombol close breaker pada genset yang akan di synchrone.

6. System pembebanan / load system.

  • Load share system yaitu melakukan pararel 2 (dua) genset 400 kW untuk genset no. 2 dan no. 3. System ini bersifat membagi beban secara merata.
  • Base load system yaitu melakukan pararel 2 genset atau lebih no. 1, 2, 3 dan turbine. System ini bersifat membagi beban sesuai kebutuhan.
  • Load share hanya berlaku untuk genset no. 2 dan no. 3. Namun jika genset no. 1 atau turbine sudah masuk di main bus semua menjadi hubungan system base load.

7. Pengaturan beban/ base load.

  • Kondisi genset 1 200 kw atau turbine running (on bus), Point 2, 3, 4 telah dilakukan.
  • Kondisikan potensio 0 – 5 Vdc untuk pengambilan beban (0 berarti 0% load, 5 berarti max load)
  • Operator harus bisa membaca beban yang akan di ambil, jika beban total hanya 200 kW jangan posisikan di 5 Vdc karena akan terjadi reverse power.
  • Pengaturan kVAR. Adalah pengaturan cos Q/ ampere sesuai dengan kebutuhan, berlaku untuk base load dan bersifat konstan. Contoh : saat pembebanan cos Q dengan menggunakan potensio kVAR kita posisikan 0,8 leaging (induktif), seterusnya genset akan mempertahankannya 0,8. Selebihnya akan di berikan pada genset no. 1 atau turbine dan capasitor bank.
