Function          : To support fiber cyclone, shell conveyor, cross, fuel and excess conveyor, etc.

Construction   :

  • Steel structure from 150 x 150 x 12 mm m.s angle bar or H 150 x 150 mm section m.s bar.
  • Supported with 200 mm and 150 mm 120 mm m.s channel.
  • Steel structure would be braced with 60 x 60 x 6 mm m.s angle bar.
  • All necessary platform, walk ways safety handrails and ladder would be

provided.

  • Platform covered with 5 mm thick m.s chequered plate.
  • Hand rail of 1” and ¼” dia. black steel pipes.
  • Floor would be constructed with a 150 mm thick casted concrete reinforced with one (1) layer BRC M.6

Pneumatic Fibre Transport System

a) Ducting

Quantity          : One (1) set

Capacity          : 5.4 tons fiber /hour

Construction   :

  • Fabricated from 5 mm thick m.s plate of all welded construction
  • Ducting would be made in multi section and all flange bolted to form a continuous length.
  • Provided with manhole for cleaning at horizontal ducting.
  • Bend would be of rectangular in section.

Dimension       : Diameter 700 mm and suitable length. (prefer 600 mm, u kap 30 ton tbs/jam – tidak ada deposit)

b) Fibre Cyclone

Quantity          : One (1) unit

Type                : Induced draught.

Capacity          : 5,4 tons fibre per hour.

Construction   :

  • Fabricated from 6 mm m.s plate.
  • Fitted with 5 mm thick re-newable liner plate at the inside of cylindrical section.
  • Outlet of apex bottom fitted with an airlock.
  • Suitable manhole c/w cover for clearing of and also for acces.
  • Top section of voortex finder connected to a whirling chamber fabricated from 5 mm m.s plate.

Dimension       : 3,000 mm diameter with volute entry.

c) Fan

Quantity          : One (1) unit.

Type                : Suction.

Make               : Phoenix or Novenco or equivalent.

Capacity          : 4.200 cu. m/hour. (42000 m3/hour …?)

Static pressure : 200 mm w.g

Speed              : 1.450 rpm

Unit drive        : 45 kW/ 60 Hp electromotor Teco, Electrim or equivalent through pulley and V-belts.

d) Air Lock

Quantity          : One (1) unit.

Type                : Rotary

Capacity          : 3.5 tons fiber /hour

Construction   :

  • Fabrication from mild steel plate.
  • Six segments mild steel plate rotor welded on a rotor shaft.
  • Rotor shaft bearing would be flanged type, fitted to end plates.
  • Suitable flanges at inlet and outlet for easy connection.

Drive : Drive would be by 4 kW/ 5,5 Hp Teco, Electrim electromotor c/w Brook Hansen gearbox or approved equivalent with essential chains and sprockets.

Pneumatic Fibre Transport System

Nut Polishing Drum

Quantity          : One (1) unit.

Type                : Rotary, without roller sprocket.

Power              : 7.5 Kw/ 10 Hp Teco, Electrim electromotor and Brook Hansen or equivalen

Drive               : Chain duplex RS 160.

Speed              : 16 rpm

Capacity          : 6 tons nut/hour

Construction   :

  • Fabricated from 9 mm thick m.s plate.
  • Fitted of 8” dia. steam pipe schedule 80.
  • Fitted with internal buffle plate of 9 mm thick m.s plate and lifting bar mounted on a central shaft.
  •  Drum would be perforated with suitable sizes to drop the nuts into a pneumatic nut transport system.
  • Larger particles such as stones, bunch stalks would be overflow from end of the polishing drum.

Dimension       : Approximately 1.000 mm diameter and 5.000 mm in length.

Accessories     :

  • An m.s collecting tray for recovery broken kernels and small stone particles.
  • Nut cross conveyor dia. 300 mm c/w drive.

Depericarper Vertical Column

Quantity          : One (1) unit.

Construction   :

  • Fabricated from 5 mm thick m.s plate.
  • Cross section of column would be rectangular and could be adjusted to vary areas for controlling air speed by means of a sliding back plate.
  • Fitted with toughened glass inspection window.
  • Structure from 100 x 100 x 10 mm m.s angle bar.

Cake Breaker Conveyor

Quantity : One (1) unit.
Type : Semi scroll, unjacketed model screw.
Speed : Two (2) unit 70 and 80 rpm respectively.
Capacity : 36 tons FFB/hour, each.
Construction : The conveyor would be multi section, flanged joint to form a continuous length.
• Shell 8 mm thick m.s plate and side plate would be extended 400 mm high constructed with 6 mm thick m.s plate.
• Stiffener : 70 x 70 x 7 mm m.s angle bar welded to the edge.
• Wear plate : 6 mm thick m.s plate.
• Semi scroll : 9 mm thick m.s plate.
• Shaft : 3” dia. steam pipe schedule 80.
• Bearing : Used roller bearing self lubricating.
• End plate & Flange : 9 mm thick m.s plate.
• Final section : Consist of a worm screw fitting closely inside a split circular casing.
• A catwalk and maintenance platform would be provided along entire length of the cake breaker conveyor c/w ladder 1” and ¼” dia. black steel pipe handrail.
• Provided with ornamesh removable cover along its entire length.
• Unit drive : One (1) unit driven by 11 kW/ 15 Hp, 80 rpm geared motor. (prefer 15 kw u 80 rpm)
