Sludge Oil Tank

Type : Cylindrical conical bottom.
Capacity : 30 m³
The heavy phase/sludge tank shall receive the heavy phase/sludge from the continuous clarification tank, fabricated from 6 mm thick m.s plate. It shall be provided with sparge steam pipes for the heating of the liquid which shall the maintained at about 90 degree C by means of a thermostatic control valve installed on the steam pipe. The tank shall be insulated with 50 mm thick rockwool and covered with aluminium sheets of 1 mm thick.
