” 20 mesh of stainless steel screen would be used.
” 60″ dia circular vibrating screen equipped with two (2) decks of screen.
” The screen vibrates in horizontal plane.
” All parts in contact with process media fabricated of stainless steel.
” Hot water pipes c/w fittings above screen to deliver hot water for dilution.
” Provided with 150 mm m.s channel frame which placed the vibrating screen unit.
” Oil collected below screen 3 mm thick of m.s plate would be provided and discharge oil to crude oil tank.
Unit drive : Direct coupled 2,5 Hp electromotor.
